Whilst some diagnostics can be done remotely, Hardware disagnostics are often lengthy and time consuming so are usually taken to our dedicated workbench to be run thoroughly.

What to do NOW! (Don’t panic)

Firstly isolate the problem computer or device, (take a photo of the message if you can) secondly switch it off, either by a normal system shutdown or forecefully if you’re unable to.

Get in touch with as much information as possible, and we’ll get you back up and running as best as we possibly can. Including aiding with resetting compromised credentials and build a robust method for future avoidance and safeguarding.
