Who are Cookley Computers?

Hi there! I’m Rob, a Cookley resident of over 10 Years, and Cookley Computers is my own personal business.

I have over 20 Years experience in IT, and formerley worked for Base 16 Technology Ltd – more known locally as Mend My Computer for over 17 Years!

I have experience in lots a wide variety of IT and spent years looking after local small businesses IT with regards to all aspects from supplying installing and upgrading Computers, laptops and Servers, to installaing cabling and Networks, to managing Websites, from creation, training and hosting, as wella s consulting companies on best practice and installing the right software solutions to meet their business needs

I also oversaw the workbench engineers who dealt with predominantly domestic desktops and laptops which were bought in for repair or hardware upgrades.

I have built hundreds of PC’s from scratch in my time for home users, gamers and even for the media industry and animation sector. I have experience in multiple software applications including all Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and teh Microsft 365 equivilants online. I have experience with accounts packages such as Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.

Not only am i proficient at resolving IT problems but I am more than happy to provide training alongside wher it’s deemed necessary, and I pride myself on documenting all aspects of setup for customers where desired to make future repairs and maintenace or handovers easy and seamless.
