Home Visits

We offer home visits when it necessary to resolve the issues in situe, or where you’d just prefer a dedicated service.

Home Visists are charged either at an hourly rate or an agreed fee discussed beforehand.

Most issues are more cost effective to have repaired off-site, but some require a home vist such as;

  • Networking issues (slow or poor Wi-Fi)
  • Issues with devices connecting (Printers, Google/Alexa Devices)

Knowledge of Document Management Solutions & CMS such as WordPress, Magento, Joomla and many other bespoke Software solutions such as PaperCut, Ncompass to name a few
